Delivery

  1. Which countries do you ship from?

    We ship from Singapore and Hong Kong.
    In some rare cases we will also ship from India.

    Shipment options within the EU are being set up.

  2. Are there countries you do not ship to?

    We ship to all countries of the world which are not on the UN sanction list.
    Please be aware, that there are countries, where the chances that the shipment will be seized by the customs is very high.

  3. Will I receive a tracking number?

    You will always receive a tracking number per email within 24 hours after the order has been dispatched.
    Alternatively you can find the tracking number in Your account section under the individual orders which you have placed.

  4. What delivery options do you offer?

    Our main concern is the successful delivery of your order to you.

    We offer a couple of delivery methods for this such as Singapore Post, Swiss Post, DHL and EMS.
    Our system will automatically choose the fastest and safest option depending on the country of delivery.

    Nevertheless, you can also choose yourself between the delivery methods if you have a specific delivery option which you prefer.

  5. Can I choose the delivery service manually?

    Yes you can, but this depends on the destination country.
    We offer a couple of delivery methods, such as Singapore Post, Swiss Post, DHL and EMS for larger orders.

    Depending on the country of delivery you will be able to choose between the above mentioned delivery options or you will have only the safest and most reliable delivery option available to you.

  6. How long does it take for the order to arrive?

    The delivery time for an order is estimated to be 5 to 14 business days.

  7. What happens if I am not at home to accept my delivery?

    There is nothing to worry about!
    If your order cannot fit through the letterbox or requires a signature, you will receive a note from the post man or delivery service.

    This note will have the instructions of where you can collect your parcel.

  8. Do I have to use my real name when placing an order?

    Yes! Always use your full name and surname when making an order.
    Even when order is sent to a business address.
    Reason for this is that sometimes the post service requires you to show a valid passport or ID when you pick up your package.

    If for some reason you have used a fake name, it may become difficult for you to pick up your order.

  9. What happens if an order gets held up by customs?

    If an order has been held up by the customs in a non high-risk country, you are eligible for a full refund or a free reshipment.

  10. What is the reshipment policy for non high-risk countries?

    For non high-risk countries we offer full refund or a free reshipment.

  11. How do I order safely to a high risk country?

    For all customers who live in a high risk countries, we recommend to use a parcel forwarding service.

    The service allows you to have the order sent first to your PO box in the UK, from where it is then forwarded to your country of residence.
    This way any possible problems connected to customs can be circumvented and you can safely receive your order even if you live in a country with stringent customs checks for international deliveries.

Payments And Discounts

  1. I paid with BTC, but the status of my order does not change. Why?

    You should not be alarmed.

    The BTC network is set up in a way, that all transactions have to be verified by miners, i.e. by the network.
    You need at least 2 confirmations for the transaction to be accepted by the network and be booked as "paid" in our system.

    If the network is busy for any reason, the payment verification process can take a little bit longer.

  2. How can I pay for my order?

    Sadly payment processors charge outrageous credit card payment fees for online generic medication stores.
    Because of this, we have decided to offer our customers a modern and easy way to pay for all purchases at RxMeds.io – Bitcoin (ticker symbol: BTC).

  3. What can I spend my reward points on?

    You can spend your loyalty points on all product in our store.

    There are no restrictions.

  4. How can I use my Reward points?

    It’s super easy!

    If you want to use loyalty points to pay for an order just click apply when you’re in the checkout menu.
    Afterwards choose the amount of loyalty points you wish to spend and click Apply Points.

  5. How long are my reward points valid for?

    All earned loyalty points have a 3-month redemption period.

    Once the 3 months have passed, any points not used will be expired and removed from your account.

    Yes. You can use loyalty points on top of a discount code for even greater savings.

  7. I have placed an order. when will I receive my reward points?

    Loyalty points will be added to your account automatically within 24 hours after your order has been dispatched.

  3. The item I ordered is out of stock. Why is it on the website?

    If an item is out of stock it does not mean that we have discontinued offering it.
    Thus we also do not delete the item from our shop.
    RxMeds stock depends upon availability.

    We want you to be able to order and receive the products you wish to acquire effortlessly, so we will always aim to let you know if an item is out of stock.

  4. Can I make changes to my basket?

    Sure you can!
    Click on the basket icon at the top right of the page and you will see the item(s) you have selected so far.

    You can choose how many of the selected items you wish to purchase or remove an item completely from your basket.

  5. Can I choose the delivery address?

    Absolutely! You can select a new delivery address at the checkout stage.
    When filling in your order the system will automatically take the saved delivery address from your profile, but you can always choose to add a different address.

  6. How will I know when my order has been dispatched?

    We will send you an email as soon as the order is on the way!
    Alternatively you can simply check your account to track the order.

  7. What is the status of my order?

    Your account makes it easy to keep track of all your orders.

    After you have logged in, you will be able to see each individual order that you have placed with us. Just select the one that you want to check and find all the information you need.

    If you wish to cancel an order which has not been paid yet, you can easily do so in your account.

    Orders which have been paid for and are already shipped out, we are sorry to say, can not be cancelled.

  10. Can I make changes to my order?

    As long as the order has not been paid yet, you can make changes to it.
    After you have paid for the order, changes will not be possible any more.

  11. What do I do if I have ordered the wrong item?

    Unfortunately there is nothing much you can do after an order has been paid for and accepted.
    We strongly advise you to read about the medication you wish to purchase so that you are sure if you wish to acquire it.

  12. I would like to raise a complaint about the quality of a product. How do I do that?

    We sell only high quality generic medications and supplements, produced by major pharmaceutical companies in India. The medications which we offer have been approved by the FDA in the the country of their manufacture as well as the FDAs of more than 30 developed countries around the world.
    All products must pass the GMP (Good manufacturing practice) approval process before being cleared for consumption.

  2. Where are the products you sell produced?

    Our generic products are produced by major pharmaceutical companies in India. The medications have been approved by the FDA in the the country of their manufacture as well as FDAs of more than 30 developed countries around the world.

    The original brand medications, that we offer are produced by the international pharmaceutical companies which developed the drugs.

  3. Are the generic products potent?

    Yes they are. Generic medication is equivalent in quality to the original brand drugs.
